Had an amazing New Year's stay at this hotel! Loved the comfortable rooms with period features and quality furniture. the en suites were spacious and well-stocked. the staff at the restaurant were friendly and the chef's cooking was exceptional. the food was top-notch! the hotel is located in a quiet area, just a few miles from a charming town. the beautiful gardens added to the overall ambiance and made for a lovely stroll.
This was a bit disappointing and didn't meet our expectations. the staff did offer a small refund, which was appreciated.

Lovely location, great for canal walks and close to Bath on public transport. Beautiful grounds and friendly staff. Good water pressure and hot water. Commendable facilities for dogs, including beds and bowls. Reasonable charge for furry friends.

The hotel was very convenient for us as we were able to use our bus passes to get about.
The bill was confusing with lots of plusses and minuses.

Excelent location, very good food but read complaints below. We were there for a relaxing time and a little bit of local sight seeing. It was fine for this and I will certainly consider returning again. Well worth paying the extra for the King Suit, as this meant less noise etc.
The food was very good but the wait to get it in the evening was very bad. We waited some 30-40 minutes on many evenings. Even though we booked our table for 7pm we never sat down at 7.00, more like 7.35, this must be sorted out I feel. If you book a table for a specific time you normally expect to sit down at about that time.

Stayed with family of 6 in adjoining superior rooms, which were clean and well-maintained. the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. Breakfasts were delicious and reasonably priced when booked as part of the package. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
Some areas of the hotel, particularly the rooms, had a musty smell and could benefit from a deeper clean. the decor was a bit outdated and could use some updating.

It was in a nice location, and we appreciated the fact it was quiet at night. There were nice touches like the log fires and the whole hotel was very welcoming.
Although it was a very cold night while we were there, we were too hot in our bedroom.

Lovely clean, large bedroom. Spacious clean bathroom. Good lighting & good amount of plug sockets for hairdryer, charging phone, laptops etc. Really good tea making facilities. Very dog friendly - Bowl & bed in the room. Surrounded by nice gardens and grassed areas. Easy parking, close to the rooms. Very handy location for Bath - about a 25 min drive.
Felt like royalty, nothing too much trouble.

the moonraker hotel in bradford-on-avon exceeded our expectations yet again. the staff were exceptional, providing friendly and accommodating service. the room was spacious and comfortable, with lovely rustic touches. the restaurant and wine selection were excellent, and the peaceful location added to the overall experience.
Attention needed on wardrobe and skirting board.

Our room, complete with half-tester bed was in a block beside the manor house. We were just opposite the dining room - useful when it rained. Some confusion about breakfast times - in the room it said 'til 9.30 am Sat & Sun but on the breakfast menu it was 'til 10.00 am
The two armchairs in our room required some attention - one had a really bad wear point and the other sort of collapsed to the right when on sat on it. The Hotel is actually quite a way from Bradford on Avon - very close to Trowbridge. A car would be necessary to go into Bradford on Avon.
